I'll use this first post to record a couple of bits cooked in the last week:
Gluten Free StuffingServed with roast pork and included:
This was blended together. Then:
- 4 rasher smoked streaky bacon.
- About 4 prunes.
Blended and then everything blended together. Add
salt,
pepper and
smoked paprika, and served as stuffing balls. Took about 30 mins to cook (try not to cook too high a temp).
Forgot to add any
onion, which may have worked well.
